A. If you can't remember your mySlurp Name, you'll have to start over on the Sign Up form. Be sure to write down your new mySlurp Name and Password in a safe place.

Q. My child is having trouble with some aspect of mySlurp.com. Who can he/she contact for help?

A. In order to protect the privacy of our young visitors, Campbell's® does not communicate directly with children. We ask that you please contact customer service, specifying the problem that your child is having with our site. If you know what computer Operating System and Browser your child is using, that will be helpful as well. We will reply to you as quickly as possible.

Q. What information are you collecting on this site, and how will it be used?

A. We do not collect any personal information on this site. If your child types in a friend's email address for Tell a Friend or Slurp Saver, that address is not saved in our records.

In addition, we collect statistics such as how many visitors view each page of mySlurp.com. This data helps us make our websites more enjoyable to visitors. It cannot be linked back to you or your child.
